Privacy Policy

Private Access, Inc. believes that patients should establish and manage their privacy preferences and determine for themselves the balance that they deem appropriate between privacy and access to their information.  The following notice applies to use of the corporate content of this site (specifically, content that appears under the heading “Private Access, Inc.”).

Private Access, Inc. is firmly committed to assuring that individuals’ privacy preferences are respected and honored.  We want you to understand what we do with any personal information that you provide to us while using our site.  That’s why we’ve created this Privacy Statement, which discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Private Access, Inc. is presently an early stage software development company.

From time to time, we may limit access to portions of our site to shareholders (e.g., owners) of Private Access, Inc., to expressly invited visitors, such as trusted associates and people who represent entities with whom we hope to have a business relationship of some kind, and to those who register to follow our progress through email updates.  Accordingly, any non-public portions of our site may be password protected and controlled through either a unique pre-assigned registration key that we provide to anticipated visitors, or by an activation procedure once a visitor without a pre-assigned key has applied to enter the site.

Inherently, these protections are designed to personally identify our site visitors.  We may elect to control access in the manner described for some content and to subject receipt of information in any non-public areas of this site to the Terms of Use.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Web site, and to refine our site based on which features people use most often.  Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.

Certain portions of the PrivateAccess.com site may require registration, which is controlled through the use of pre-assigned registration keys or by an activation procedure for other visitors to the site.  The personal data that we collect is solely for use by Private Access for a one-on-one contact with the registrants, and will not be sold to anyone outside.  Any information that we have collected or stored about you may be transferred to a future purchaser of our company and/or its assets.  The data collected is stored in a secure server with our ISP, who will make periodic backups of it but will not give or sell the data to anyone.

A “cookie” is a small piece of data that a website can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your system.

Currently, we are using a few cookies to provide you with tailored information that we assess will be of the greatest interest, as well as session cookies on several pages.  In the future, we may make even greater use of cookies in order to better serve you when you return to our site.  You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it or not.

We sometimes collect information from visits to our website to help us make the information we provide as useful as possible.  This information is sometimes known as “click stream data.”  We may use this data to analyze trends and statistics and to help us provide you with better service.
